1. How did I get subscribed to this newsletter?
   My newsletter system requires subscribers to confirm their twice before they are subscribed to any of my newsletters. This means that you or someone who has access to your mail has requested to be added to my newsletter, at which time my system sent a confirmation e-mail. The system then received the required confirmation and added the address to the list. It is also possible that I manually added you to my list because you gave me permission to do so. Please note that you can unsubscribe from my newsletter at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of any newsletter you receive from me.
2. How do I remove myself from this newsletter?
   If you would like to remove yourself from one or more of my newsletters, you are free to do so at any time by completing the following form. Once you have entered your e-mail address and selected which newsletter or lists you wish to be removed from, you will be required to confirm your opt-out request by clicking the link in an e-mail that you will receive.
